Arianne Receives Intention to Seek Arbitration on Frivolous Claim

Arianne Phosphate has been informed of an intention to seek arbitration (the “Notice”) from former consultants claiming a commission resulting from an alleged financing. The claim arises from a one year service contract entered into between the Company and the consultants in June 2010. The consultants claim that they are entitled to receive payment of a commission equal to 5% on a financing of $200M. This alleged financing was never obtained by Arianne.

Arianne Phosphate Provides Update on the Permitting Process of its Lac-à-Paul Project Public Hearings Scheduled to Begin on April 27

Arianne Phosphate has been notified by the Bureau d’Audiences Publiques sur l’Environnement (BAPE) that public hearings on the Company’s Lac-à-Paul phosphate project will be on April 27 in Saguenay, Quebec. This public hearing marks the second phase of the permitting process required to secure approvals and commence development of Arianne’s Lac-à-Paul.
