Jim Cowley to join the board of directors of Arianne resources

The management of Arianne Resources Inc. (the “Company”) today is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Cowley to the board of directors of the Company (subject to regulatory approval). Mr. Cowley is a Metallurgical Engineer with an MBA in Finance. He has worked in various roles from Mill Metallurgist (uranium) to Financial Manager/Business Development (molybdenum, gold and copper) to VP Sales, Marketing and Distribution (copper, gold, molybdenum, sulfuric acid) for companies such as Exxon, Climax Molybdenum (AMAX), Bond International Gold and Rio Tinto. He is currently a full time consultant and employee of Ocean Partners USA and is based in Utah, USA.

“The appointment of Jim adds considerable depth to our team. His experience in product marketing and deal negotiation will be a big help as the company looks to advance its Lac a Paul phosphate property” said Bernard Lapointe, CEO of the Company.

The Company also announces the granting of 800,000 options to its directors, including Mr. Cowley, priced at $ 0.37 and is subject to acceptance by the regulatory authorities.

Arianne Resources (www.arianne-inc.com ) through its wholly owned subsidiary Canada Phosphate (www.canadaphosphate.com ), owns and is developing the Lac à Paul phosphate-titanium deposit that produces a superior
grade apatite concentrate grading close to 40% P2O5. Arianne Resources also owns several other exploration properties exploring for gold, silver and other metals in Canada and Mexico. The Company currently has 49 M shares issued.
